Clean, simple and raw recruitment attracting the next generation in children's services
Project Objectives
Story-telling creative agency, Ceriph, asked us back to produce more key recruitment content for Bradford Children’s and Families Trust. After a difficult few years and focus on change, Bradford needed video content that would promote their new direction to existing and potential staff, to work for the trust where every person matters as part of their change in leadership, culture and service.
Our Solution
Clean, simple and raw. The creative solution didn’t want to stick a plaster on the issues the service had faced as we collaboratively agreed a gritty location and shooting style was required for some hard-hitting, honest and effective interview content. We shot content with staff members in a studio-location that could be spliced down to short-form and long-form recruitment content in a heroic way to create confidence, desire and authenticity in the content.
