Transforming property creative for the biggest rental housing company in the country
Project Objectives
We were asked to transform the video content for Grainger plc. They weren’t wowed with the content they were creating before and wanted their content to match their ambition – to drive forward as the UK's biggest and best rental housing organisation. They wanted the content to match their new brand and customer direction – a project we were keen to get our teeth into.
Our Solution
With creative, production and post-production all taking place in-house, we storyboarded a faster-paced, high-quality and dynamic creative which would appeal to 30 -45-year-old young professionals. We needed to show this place had all their needs to fit around work and life. With a short, engaging and revamped edit brought together, this content helped Grainger fill the apartments to full capacity.
