A historic building brought to modern standards shown in a slick narrative property video
Project Objectives
igloo regeneration wanted to document the restoration of The Pattern Shop, a historic building in Newcastle as it was brought to modern workplace standards. They wanted a film that would sell the building, tell it’s story but also have a feel that was inkeeping with the elegant, classic and magical building.
Our Solution
A two year process began with us filming the derelict building, right through to it’s modern look and feel. We wanted to tell it’s story using people, the people behind the transformation, in a modern and sleek style while showcasing the benefits of the building or businesses, people and the community.
Quite emotional watching this, what I’ve just watched has given me goosebumps 😍
