Showcasing new commercial property developments to potential buyers for a Northern HQ
Project Objectives
The Stephenson Quarter is a 10-acre site in the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne enriched with history and heritage. igloo Regeneration is redeveloping the site and as part of it are embarking on developing a plot perfect for a UK-based HQ in the North of England. igloo wanted a sales video that would help with marketing activity in conjunction with the architects. Our Solution
We wanted to shine a light on the building through the voices of the architects. We filmed in a London-based property, White Collar Factory, which the new development will be very similar to in its design and feel. The film touched on points such as location, sustainability, heritage, teamwork, transport links, and the suitability of the project for a growing business.
