Project Objectives

This was an incredible story to tell. In the pandemic, all our Olympic athletes were sent home – for swimmers – that was a disaster. Jacuzzi wanted us to tell the story of how their support and Swim Spa products helped athletes such as Adam Peaty and Anna Hopkin to GOLD medals at the Tokyo Olympics. They wanted hard-hitting narrative led content that would tell the full story in an emotive and inspiring way to build the brand through digital content.

Our Solution

An intricate storyboard was needed to tell the story in a short mini-documentary the global brand could be proud of. We were able to feature athletes such as Adam Peaty, Anna Hopkin and Luke Greenbank as well as coaches such as Mel Marshall to bring together a truly inspiring story. Filmed on location across the UK with the inclusion of user-generated footage, this piece of work has helped Jacuzzi with brand exposure and appeal to a whole new sporting audience. All creative, production and post-production handled in-house at Reel Film.
