Immersive content to engage young people with the world of work using film and 360-video
Project Objectives
The Local Enterprise Partnership were looking to use video as a way to engage young people with different industries that are in need of staff in the Yorkshire area. This project was specifically aimed at getting disabled or special needs children into the world of work and they needed an interactive solution to be able to see, hear and sense the work space.
Our Solution
We have worked with employers and created multiple immersive 360 degree videos to represent different job roles. This has involved a steel worker going about their work, a sales team in meetings and a receptionist greeting someone. These films are designed to give real-life experiences to the world of work for the young people. They are then complemented by short 30-second films per industry to give an insight into the sector as a place to work using high quality film production.
