Project Objectives
The NHS knows its time is sparse and is often wasted with unclear communication.
Research showed, 75% of patients who underwent a day surgery felt they needed a further appointment to clarify information given after treatment.
The NHS asked us to try solve this.
Our Solution
Helping shape this bold approach to fix the problem, see's short F&Q videos created, allowing the patient to access medical advice from their consultant online through the power of video.
The concept: gives patients clear and consistent information, saves the NHS time and offer ease of access for everyone.
