Attracting talent to the world leader in digital payments

Project Objectives

Visa asked us to create a suite of recruitment videos and photography assets for their London team to help attract and recruit the right candidates.

We needed to show off their people, learn about their experience and understand what values and behaviours make people at Visa succeed. This set of recruitment films needed to link with a global campaign that the payment provider was embarking on.

Our Solution

We created one hero video to be used on landing pages and external events as well as individual team member films, to find out all about their role and what it takes! Questions were tailored to understand the behaviours and values it takes to succeed at Visa. We also captured high-end photography to be used across the website, socials, events and online display ads.
